Secondhand Clothing

What condition will the item be?

All items are secondhand and may show signs of wear. I do my best to look over the items and disclose any imperfections in the listing so please be sure to read the description and view all photos before purchasing !

Are the items washed?

All items are washed in non-tox detergent, unless they are new with tags.

Love & Care Instructions

I do not provide a washing care instruction card with the items, however the washing instruction symbols on your garments’ care labels tell you exactly how to do the washing and drying, as well as give extra information on bleaching and ironing.

Shipping

Do you offer PICK UP or DELIVERY?

YES :) At checkout, PLEASE make sure to choose PICK UP or DELIVERY. (read more here)

If you want to continue to leave your box/bag open to add more to your order, PLEASE notify me in the BOX given in your cart or DM (@ourfoxvalley) to let me know.

This is important for me to know so I'm not wasting my packaging supplies and keep things organized.

  • DELIVERY - We charge a $5 delivery fee. Deliveries are made once a week.
  • PICK UP - You will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up with the pickup address. Your order will be placed in one of the bins with your name on it.

How much does shipping cost?

  • I have fill a box option which allows you to pay a flat rate for a box (read more).
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout if you choose outside the box option.
  • For the letter mail option at a cheaper cost, this can only fits 1-3 very small items * has to fit in the Canada post mailing slot * (canada only)

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packaged within 3 business days and shipped via Canada Post from Ontario within 5-7 days (could also be the next day, depends).

Delivery times may vary depending on season, weather, local post office delays, etc .. but you will receive a tracking number in your e-mail once it's shipped. *be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive one*

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes! We also ship to the US. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of CAN & USA. We hope to change this shipping option in the future, so make sure you're following @ourfoxvalley to be the first to know!!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please read all product details carefully before purchasing !!

If you need to edit your order (new shipping address, request to hold, etc.), please DM on IG @ourfoxvalley or email us as soon as possible at ourfoxvalley@hotmail.com

How do I use a discount code?

Once you have everything in your cart, click the "CHECKOUT" button, this will bring you to the checkout page. There will be a "PROMO CODE" field. Enter your code and hit "APPLY. Your total price will change.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please be sure to carefully review all information provided in the listing (measurements, photos, description) before purchasing.

What if I receive a flawed item?

Natural signs of wear is normal for secondhand items!

I do my best to inspect each item. Major flaws will be disclosed in the listing, but please keep in mind that there may be minor imperfections on the garment.

However, If your item has a major flaw that I missed, please reach out! I am human, haha!! but I'll be happy to work with you to make it right :)
